When swapping an M52TU or M54 engine into your older BMW, many components are nice and easy to transfer over. However, the coolant hose fitting on an M52TU or M54 on the side of the cylinder head is a female push fit rather than the usual male barb fitting like the M50 or M52 head.
VAC Motorsports’ Coolant Hose Adapter fixes this issue, easily converting the cylinder head to an M50/M52-sized male barb coolant fitting.
One required per cylinder head.
