At Hack Engineering, BMW Vanos units are a speciality of ours. S54 Vanos unit rebuilds and upgrades formed the very basis of the company, and we carry good stock of exchange units for straightforward replacement. Every S54 Vanos unit receives:

• Full strip-down and inspection of Vanos unit
• Three-stage cleaning process including ultrasonic cleaning
• Visual inspection of all components before re-assembly
• Individually tested solenoid valves
• Re-machined oil pump disc
• Uprated Beisan Systems seals
• Beisan Systems Rattle Repair Kit fitted
• Beisan Systems uprated/rebuilt solenoid coil pack unit
• Renewed Genuine BMW microfilter
• Renewed Vanos body plug seal
• New solenoid coil pack bolts
• Complete unit test

Final cost of £795 inc VAT. Surcharge of £800, refunded upon receipt of your original Vanos unit in serviceable condition – this must be returned within 2 weeks of receiving the Hack Engineering unit. Failure to do this, or if the returned unit is not in serviceable condition, will result in a reduction or termination of the offered refund.
