Description

Radium Engineering’s Port Injection Fuel Rail Kit (PIK) installs between the intake manifold and cylinder head. It permits the use of port injectors for the additional fuel required for highly modified B58TU engines. This is a supplementary fuel system, and not a replacement for the OEM direct injection system.

The fuel rail is CNC machined from extruded 6063 aluminium and laser etched for a high quality surface finish. Both end ports are machined with 8AN ORB (3/4-16 female) threads.

The injectors are mounted at a calculated angle to ensure proper spray into the centre of the intake ports without sacrificing interference from surrounding components. Relocation hardware is provided to allow the OEM engine vanity cover to be re-used.

Fuel injectors, uprated chargepipe, fuel plumbing and additional injection controller required. For an easy and simple plumbing kit for Z4 and Toyota Supra, use the Radium Fuel Rail Plumbing Kit. To plumb this kit as an entirely separate fuel system (recommended for high power builds) use the Radium Engineering Fuel Pump Hanger and Fuel Pump Hanger Plumbing Kit.
