By popular request, KPower designed a throttle body adapter that makes it easy for customers running the KPower intake manifold to install a drive-by-wire (DBW) throttle body with the correct bore size. This adapter works with the popular and affordable 74mm Bosch throttle body.

KPower’s version 3 design offers some additional wall thickness along two sides to create a better seal. To do this, two bolt holes have been undercut so the socket heads now sit below the throttle body mating surface.

This updated carbon 3D-printed design isolates engine virabtion that can cause throtlte bodies to fail and bolts to come loose/break. Kit includes all mounting hardware, NordLock washers, and o-rings for a simple and clean installation. Customers with DBW setups should also consider adding the KPower IACV block off plate.
