Koflach Engine Developments V2 VANOS Covers, suitable for BMW S65 engines.
The original BMW plastic VANOS covers are known to become brittle and break-up over time, potentially blocking the engine’s oil pump pick-ups and/or causing the VANOS unit’s return spring to break free, causing colossal damage.
Unlike the many clip-on aluminium versions widely available on the market, these have multiple benefits.
- Bolt-on fitment – simply replaces the original BMW camshaft bolt washer. No clips to fail or potential material weaknesses
- High strength steel alloy material. Super-durable material that simply will not fail
- Black zinc-coated for a fantastic appearance and durability (un-coated prototypes shown in fitted images)
These are made in Sussex, UK. Priced per engine set of four.

This part replaces BMW part number 11367840999. DO NOT FIT the original BMW washer ending 999 when using these covers.

Elring VANOS Cover Gasket (x2)
Victor Reinz Rocker Cover Gasket, Bank 1 (x1)
Victor Reinz Rocker Cover Gasket, Bank 2 (x1)
Timing tools are required for this process. It is not required to remove the VANOS units, timing chain or timing chain tensioners during this process.
