Karbonius carbon fibre CSL Race Airbox for the S54 engine, when swapped into an E30 chassis.

This airbox has been developed for maximum performance and also uses Karbonius’ renowned quality control and construction. It is made in 100% pre-preg carbon fibre, autoclaved at Karbonius’ facilities in Spain under ISO 9001 standards. This leads to the best finish available today, as well as perfect thermal and structural stability. The airbox is one of the best available on the market – with a built in snorkel, it facilitates air ducting from the front of the car with lower intake air temperatures. As well as the improved airflow and increased horsepower, the Karbonius race intake provides improved throttle response and that all-important CSL intake roar.

This particular variation has been modified for brake servo clearance at the back, and for an efficient air feed a the front in the E30 chassis.

All Karbonius pieces are numbered and come complete with certificate of authenticity.
