When building a BMW S14 engine, the fixed position of the original camshaft sprockets can mean that a compromise has to be made in terms of finding optimal camshaft timing.

As part of our S14 engine builds, we wire erode the original sprockets to make them infinitely adjustable, meaning that the perfect camshaft timing can be dialled in with ease.

Please note that this is a service we provide, and so your original sprockets will need sending to us for eroding.
