Forge Motorsport’s uprated intercooler for the E8X 135i, E9X 335i and E82 1M Coupe, fitting both twin-turbo N54 and single turbo N55 engines.

Forge aimed to bring this intercooler to the market with a simple aim – maximum efficiency while retaining easy OE-style fitment. In testing the radiator showed charge temperatures decreased by up to 30° C with installation in under an hour.

This intercooler uses a bar-and-plate core design with precision TIG-welded end tanks and CNC-machined, OE-style bayonet couplings.
