Burkhart Engineering’s G8X brake cooling kit directs air to your front discs. A must for cars being pushed hard, in order to avoid over-heating your brakes and inducing fade.

In order to transport the air to the brake ventilation outlet, a suitable inlet is essential. The BMW G8x M3, M4 (as well as the Competition) already have inlet ducts in the front bumper as standard, but these end in the middle of the wheel arch. In order to prevent the air from swirling around randomly in the wheel arch, Burkhart developed an extension of the air duct, which can be installed with minimal effort and guides the air around the wheel to their carbon fibre brake backing plates.
