Chief fabricator Phil’s E30 Turbo is currently the fastest machine under the Hack Engineering roof. Using an M50 Turbo it’s producing some 435bhp and 399lb ft. It started its life with Phil as a simple M50-swapped E30 four-door. It was then supercharged, and shortly afterwards was then turbocharged for even more performance. It’s a real sleeper.
Phil is often tinkering with it, with plans to make the exterior even more subtle than it already is… and to make the engine even more potent. The result of all of his hard work so far is an E30 that’s easy and comfortable to drive around town, but absolutely rapid once its spooled up and on boost.
